Welcome everyone! Thank you for joining this (8) week all-inclusive program. I promise, this program will change so much for you -- in the best way! Fortunately you are in the mentality of going at this program all-in and with a determined mindset BUT if for some reason you only did the bare minimum of this program... it will still have HUGE benefit on your health and lifestyle. Every time you do one of these (8) week programs you will learn so much both in the gym and yourself. I am proud of you for wanting more from yourself, your health, and your life! #worthit I encourage you to really emulate your training, nutrition, mental game, lifestyle choices this time to get the MOST out of this program - you will have ALL the tools to GET YOUR CONFIDENCE BACK! Use this time to grow and believe in yourself to get your "groove" back - who do you want to be? What have you set out to do? Make a mental note of these things as we will be circling back around to thoroughly tap into the 'self' during this program! Some may feel "selfish" during this dedicated (8) weeks... BUT REMEMBER: help yourself, so you can show up being the best version of YOU for your loved ones - we want to see you THRIVE! *Please make sure you either download the app (easiest way to keep track of information), check your emails, or log into the website regularly as there will be "steps" to "complete" for important information, workouts, and extra education shared with you regularly during the duration of this program!
