Programs can be offered in-person, at home, hybrid, spreadsheet, and "work book" depending on the program structure!

*Programs often range from 4-10 week programs depending on needs + goals!

Current Programs: 

Movement Everyday Re-Start: (3) Week Program!

Program Description- Intentional health conscious choices + movement for (3) weeks to get back on track!

​

This program was created for the purpose of:

- Getting back on track without pressure to have an "end goal".

*(Long term thinking).

​

- Decreasing pain in the body through movement, stretching & mobility techniques. *(Pre-hab & Re-hab).

​

- Making healthier choices throughout the course of each day specific to your lifestyle.

*(Not re-working your entire life for a short-term diet or aesthetic).

​

- Learning & growing in your individual education to make healthier guided choices to implement in your daily routine that work for YOU.

​

- Shorter-term, no pressure program - offered more frequently to inspire getting back to training, loading your body correctly, improving postural / cardiovascular / mental health, and feeling strong for your daily tasks and other physical hobbies.

​

- These daily intentions & movement often result in improved general health, decreased body fat, toned aesthetic, muscle & joint stabilization, support for mood & mental health.

 

This program includes:

- (2)x a week in-person training for (3) consecutive weeks online group accountability with like minded individuals.

​

-Affordable in-person training to train more frequently with A TON of bonus education & benefits to being part of a program & community! Each program is $350.00 -- sign up for (1) or more programs to reserve your spot(s)!

- Mindset practices to incorporate movement everyday & prioritize healthy choices.

​

- Informational videos and blog Q&A to answer your health, health/nutrition/training questions - ask anything!

*In-depth nutritional coaching & planning available separately if needed.​​

How often do you exercise now?
Barely/Not at all. I will need a little slower progression.Sometimes/Randomly. Ill probably be sore, but I have worked out before.A couple times a week. basic stuff but my body is pretty good to exercise.I workout regularly & challenge myself.I train often & load my body regularly. I push pretty hard.
