This program is designed to help you get back on track with your way of thinking while having some movement accountability! Throughout this program you will get all sorts of information to help you grow as an independent athlete and determine what you want to incorporate into your daily routines to make tangible changes towards a healthier lifestyle. Check-in and follow along during the (3) weeks to keep your focus on your goals during this time! Life can get busy, crazy, and distracting -- so I encourage you to "eat, sleep, breathe" or really THINK often about how you'd like your lifestyle to look/change. The time is now to begin to create and get back on track to be WHOEVER you want to be. This means "doing" and "changing" I am here to answer any questions and help as much as I can to support you in your journey!
