Moorea began her lifting journey at 16 years old. She became addicted to the iron game as a means to battle several illnesses (CFS, POTS, and Osteoporosis).

She is a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), USPA CPCP certified, and is pursuing her degree in Nutritional Sciences, as well as CPR/AED.

Power & strength training paired with meal planning to achieve health/performance goals.

Andrew Pollock

Trainer

Andrew has been working as a Personal Trainer for the last 3 years.

"In 2005 a snowboarding accident left me with major spinal injury and sciatic nerve pain. After injury, I began my rehabilitation with diet, exercise, yoga, and cardio training. Training myself and others has helped me address pain, anxiety, and depression."

Along with training clients at AAW Gym Andrew also works in a Physical Therapy office with the goal of becoming a PTA.

What do you love most about training?:
"Sharing my love for exercise & self improvement to overcome the hardships life can throw at us, exercise is medicine".

What do you specialize in?:
Functional exercises, posture correction, and strength work with flexibility. It is my goal to help everyone in the gym develop strength through pain free movement. Pain and discomfort are often not the result of an injury, they are the consequence of the body moving in unintended ways.

"We all have different abilities. It's up to each of us to find out what those abilities are and to develop them to their fullest potential".
